Asha Musoni

Chief People Officer (Executive Committee)

Asha joins the CBI with over 18 years of public sector experience across a broad range of roles covering immigration, policing standards, disaster risk reduction and more recently, communications regulation as Head of People Strategy at Ofcom.

She is a seasoned people and change professional having developed people programmes and strategies in periods of immense organisational change. Asha has led people operations, employee relations, business partnering, change, data & analytics and reward teams, and is all about creating inclusive, efficient workplaces. Personally, she’s invested in the social progression of women and children, having previously held trustee roles in these areas.

Asha is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and an accredited Strengths Coach. She has an MSc in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University, and an LLB in Law from Queen Mary University of London.
