Damian Waters

Regional Director, North West

Damian leads the CBI team across Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Liverpool City Region, and Cheshire, with overall responsibility for all CBI activities in the region, including managing the relationship with our current membership base, attracting new members, key stakeholder, political and media relations, and developing and promoting policy.

Damian is an Independent Member of the Board of Governors of Liverpool John Moores University and sits on advisory boards for a number of businesses in the North West.

Damian is a graduate of the University of Central Lancashire (BA Hons) and Wrexham University (HND – NEWI). Outside of his role with the CBI, Damian runs an award-winning photography business.
