With only weeks to go before the First Minster, Mark Drakeford AM, announces whether or not to build the M4 relief road, the decision hangs in the balance. The motorway snakes through South Wales, connecting the cities of Cardiff, Newport and Swansea to each other and the wider world. The M4 is now heavily congested around Newport and this pinch point risks holding back national ambitions. With strong views both for and against the project, the CBI continues to lead the campaign for the road - here, we explain why.
