The CBI launches Be More Green: what you need to know
Innovation will be vital for business decarbonising and achieving wider sustainability and environmental objectives. Find out how this new CBI campaign could help you.
Why is the CBI launching Be More Green?
Businesses must innovate if they are to meet the changes required to decarbonise. But for many organisations what ‘innovation’ actually means in practice is not always clear.
To tackle this and help businesses start and move along their innovation journey towards net zero, the CBI has launched Be More Green. We are collating practical examples of product, process or business model innovations. It will be an opportunity to showcase and learn from tangible, practical examples of businesses across all sizes and sectors innovating to decarbonise and make their business more sustainable.
Be More Green
Be More Green will be a toolkit on the CBI website. There will also be a Be More Green workshop at the CBI’s Achieving Net Zero Conference 7-8 June. This will be a chance for members to hear from leaders in this field and how innovation has helped their business decarbonise and become more sustainable.
In the longer term the CBI will host Be More Green roundtables. These will be an opportunity for members to network, showcase their experiences and discuss innovating in the green space with other businesses from a range of sectors.
How can you get involved?
The CBI is looking to showcase businesses of all sizes, from any sector, that are innovating to decarbonise and achieve their sustainability and environmental objectives.
