Our approach to people and culture is at the heart of building a better CBI. We asked experts to help us learn lessons from what has happened. And we are taking action to make sure we are protecting our people. To ensure best practice now and for the long term.
Fox Williams – the law firm we appointed to conduct an independent investigation of the specific allegations made, as well as any broader learnings for the CBI – came back with 34 recommendations. We committed to implement them in full, and have worked at pace to ensure all are either in place, or in progress by the EGM on 6 June.
Starting with the appointment of an interim Chief People Officer, 27 recommendations have already been implemented – leaving only seven to progress.
