Read the latest news on the Work Health Index to be launched at annual conference, and find your exclusive invite for a member-only session to see the WHI in working form.
In November, the CBI will launch the Work Health Index (WHI) at the Annual Conference, supported formally by the government and the NHS. This will be the culmination of 10 months of business and policymaker consultation, bringing members the first data-driven tool for benchmarking their health and wellbeing offer against the wider economy.
The CBI Health team will also work with Business for Health, the government and the NHS on the informative data set the WHI will create, helping inform future policy consultation on incentivising industry health investment and labour market inactivity.
Our trade association members are critical to the success of scaling the WHI responses and data set, and we hope you will find it hugely valuable to your members – you can join the launch testing and promotional period by speaking to Lydia from the Health team at the CBI to attend a member-only briefing on 2 November 11am-12pm.
This session will focus on the journey we have been on so far, giving you the chance to see the tool in working form and understand how to take part following the launch.
We look forward to work with you to promote the role of the WHI in early 2023.
