The Financial Services Survey (FSS) is the only regular business survey which covers the whole UK financial services sector – including banking, insurance and investment management.

The survey provides a time series spanning over 30 years, allowing analysis of the sector over time to contextualise current trends. CBI members and non-members across all UK regions, from all sectors and sizes, can complete the FSS.

The survey is unique in the insight it provides on the financial services sector. Alongside covering off indicators such as business volumes, prices and employment, it provides key insight into areas of strategic decision making – such as major growth strategies for the year ahead being discussed at board level. The FSS allows you to gain a deep understanding of the wider issues affecting the sector, and form a view of the economic outlook ahead.
