Charlotte Dendy
Head of Economic Surveys and Data
Charlotte is the Economic Surveys and Data Manager at the CBI within the Economic Intelligence team, with over nine years of experience in the field of economics and data analysis. She is responsible for a team delivering economic and policy surveys and gathering member insights to support the CBI’s quantitative data, while also collating qualitative member insights to support this. In addition to regular surveys, she has also successfully delivered multiple bespoke, one-off surveys as part of CBI Economics project work. These include surveys of R&D-intensive businesses to develop understanding of skills shortages, surveys regarding perceptions of business travel and surveys of law businesses about challenges within the sector. This experience makes her well-placed as survey quality assurance where she will review the survey before it goes out, ensuring it conforms to best-practice, as well as reviewing survey communications and analysis.
