Senior Survey Analyst

Jeevan is a Senior Survey Analyst within the CBI’s Economic Intelligence team. She is responsible for delivering both bespoke client and policy surveys, along with executing and managing the Service Sector Survey reports. Jeevan liaises with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand their priorities, research objectives & information requirements to ensure surveys deliver relevant and effective data. She is also responsible for building, reviewing, and modifying bespoke surveys in line with best practice, and undertakes quality control by vigorously processing sample groups/recruitment, survey testing and email campaigns. 

Prior to the CBI, Jeevan has a wealth of experience in delivering quantitative and qualitative research projects across the private sector as well as within a prominent professional body. She has primarily worked on analysing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data in excel to draw insight around different market groups, products & services. In doing this, Jeevan communicated insights and recommendations to product managers and senior staff to help determine strategy, product optimisation and market insight. Having also worked on designing, scripting and building complex online surveys to provide the essential data around these research projects, enabling the required information to be derived.
