CBI Industrial Strategy Roundtable - Progress to Date

The CBI will host a briefing and discussion on the progress of the Industrial Strategy – Progress to Date.  At the CBI Annual Conference on 25 November 2024, we will introduce a Blueprint for Competitiveness, which will be our principal written contribution to the government's industrial policy agenda.

Join us for an enlightening session with external speakers who will provide valuable insights regarding the development of the Industrial Strategy. This event will also assist CBI members in discovering how the industry can significantly contribute to ensuring the success of upcoming government strategies. We will bring the Blueprint for discussion, allowing you to share your thoughts and hear from members across various sectors. This collaborative session will occur before we present the document to the DBT Permanent Secretary and the Industrial Strategy Unit for review prior to publication.

We invite you to provide your insights on the priorities necessary for your industry, sector, or region to achieve growth during the next parliamentary term. This session will gather representatives from diverse UK industries.
