Future Leaders Network (South Wales)

The CBI Wales Future Leaders Network is for rising stars from CBI members in South Wales who are in leadership roles within their organisation and are looking to succeed to a higher level in their leadership journey.

It is for individuals who seek to grow their understanding of the external environment to support them in their role and in their own career development, whilst building a professional network of like-minded individuals from across various sectors/sizes of business in South Wales.

The Network meets three to four times a year, and members have the opportunity to hear from CBI experts on the wider economy and our behind-the-scenes political discussions.  There will also be keynote speakers sharing knowledge and information.
