CBI’s People and Skills Network (Future of Work and Skills) is an industry-based forum for peer-to-peer shared learning, where we discuss key HR challenges and opportunities affecting NI/UK business, workplace trends and political and legal developments impacting HR Directors. This network helps address issues such as diversity and inclusion, immigration, skills, and current labour market trends, while also giving members the opportunity to share their experiences and help to influence our CBI policy asks in these key areas.
