PEOPLE AND SKILLS NETWORK (NORTH WEST)

We are all very aware that in today's ever-evolving landscape, embracing diversity isn't just an option—it's essential for driving innovation, growth, and lasting success. However creating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture doesn’t happen overnight, it has to be nurtured and worked on and addressing some of the challenges that come with it require a holistic and sustained approach, with commitment from leadership, involvement of employees at all levels, and a willingness to confront and overcome barriers.

Damian Waters, CBI North West Regional Director, will facilitate a best practice learning session with business leaders and will be joined by Julie Dennis, Head of Inclusive Workplaces Policy, ACAS and Poppy Bramford, Manager Future of Work & Skills, CBI Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss challenges in embedding a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, learn from your peers and also share your success stories of impactful policies in a Chatham House setting.
