However creating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture doesn’t happen overnight, it has to be nurtured and worked on and addressing some of the challenges that come with it require a holistic and sustained approach, with commitment from leadership, involvement of employees at all levels, and a willingness to confront and overcome barriers.
